    FAQs

Follow the steps below or watch video instructions here.

    1. Log in to MyEPB: Click here and log in using your EPB Fiber Optics MyEPB credentials.
    2. Agree & Activate: Next, you’ll see an ESPN page. Hit the blue “ACTIVATE ESPN” button.
    3. Complete ESPN/MyDisney Setup: Enter the email associated with your Disney+, Disney Parks or Hulu account. Hit “login” and it will link your MyEPB account and MyDisney account.  If your email is not recognized or you don’t already have a MyDisney account, create an account by following the on-screen directions. Once you’ve completed these steps, you can now start enjoying ESPN Unlimited!

You may share your account within your household, but usage is limited to three simultaneous streams. Note that you'll need to share your MyDisney credentials to log in.

ESPN Unlimited is a premium streaming package that combines live streaming of all ESPN TV channels with ESPN Select content. It normally costs $29.99/month when purchased directly from ESPN, but it's included free for EPB Fi TV customers who have our Silver, Gold or Bronze Plus Sports & News package.

If you have issues authenticating or accessing ESPN Unlimited, our EPB Tech Pros are here to help walk you through the steps. Call us anytime—day or night—at 423-648-1372 or chat with us at epb.com.

If your TV package includes ESPN, you can authenticate at no charge on the ESPN Unlimited app (FI TV Silver, Gold & Bronze Plus Sports & News).

Unfortunately no. The Fi TV Entertainment Box does not currently support Netflix. But if you have Netflix now, you can continue to watch it using your current smart TV or streaming device. In fact, you can also watch the Fi TV app on most smart TVs and streaming devices, including Amazon Fire Sticks, Apple TVs and more — without having to lease a Fi TV Entertainment Box.

In most cases, yes. If you are using a current Fire TV Stick or Apple TV you can use that device’s remote for everything without having to change inputs between apps. Some older model remotes do not provide the ability to turn the TV on/off or control the volume – but newer ones do. Also, most Smart TV’s operate everything seamlessly with one remote.

If you have an Amazon Fire TV Stick, watch this helpful video for more information.
